Yes. From 1 January 2027 companies in Slovakia send each other invoices as e-invoices over the Peppol network, so every company needs an inbox to receive them. In eFaktúra the inbox is free, even if you don't issue invoices yet. Your accountant can confirm exactly what applies to your company.
Peppol is an international network companies use to send each other e-invoices. An invoice goes straight to the customer's inbox, with no e-mails and no retyping. We set up your inbox on the network when you register, so there is nothing to install and you don't need your own access point.
Yes. When you register your company, choose to switch from another provider and the inbox for your tax ID moves to us. Bring your customers, price list and issued invoices with a CSV import.
Invite them to your company as an accountant. They see received and issued documents and once a month download an export for Pohoda or Money S3, or UBL, ISDOC and CSV. Access for your accountant is free in every plan. Accounting offices get their own workspace with all their clients.
Yes. Link eFaktúra with Planmee ERP in the settings. Customers, invoices, payments and the original documents move over, and later changes are sent automatically. You can use both apps side by side or move the whole company to Planmee ERP.
